Bitbns is an Indian exchange where traders buy and sell crypto against the rupee. EdgeDojo connects with a read-only Bitbns API key and imports your trades into one journal, with P&L and fees on every trade.
Sync after your session and the day's trades are ready to review.
Tips for journaling Bitbns trades
- Create a key just for EdgeDojo with read access only, so you can revoke it any time without breaking other tools.
- Indian tax rules take a cut on every sale. Keep a tag for each trade so your gross and net results are easy to compare.
- Write down your exit plan before you buy. On spot, a missing plan usually turns a trade into a long hold.
How to sync your Bitbns trades
- 1 Log in to Bitbns (https://bitbns.com) and open your account's API management page.
- 2 Create a new API key.
- 3 Give the key read-only / view permission only. Do not enable trading, transfers, or withdrawals. EdgeDojo only reads your trade history.
- 4 If asked to restrict IP addresses, leave the key unrestricted (it can only read). Some exchanges expire unrestricted keys (often after 90 days); if that happens, create a new key and reconnect.
- 5 In EdgeDojo, open Journal → Import Trades → Connected accounts, choose Bitbns, paste the credentials and click Connect & sync.
