Bitget is a favorite for perpetual and copy trading. EdgeDojo connects with a read-only Bitget API key and imports spot, perpetual, and futures fills, so you can see your own results clearly, separate from the noise.
Sync after each session and review trades with P&L and fees already calculated.
Tips for journaling Bitget trades
- Tag trades by setup and compare them. A journal makes it obvious which setups deserve more size.
- Save your API passphrase when you create the key. Bitget cannot show it again.
- Review your average loser against your average winner. High-leverage perp trading often wins often and still loses money.
How to sync your Bitget trades
- 1 Log in to Bitget and open Profile icon → API (API Key Management).
- 2 Click Create API and choose System-generated API Key.
- 3 Give the key read-only / view permission only. Do not enable trading, transfers, or withdrawals. EdgeDojo only reads your trade history.
- 4 Set permissions to Read-only.
- 5 Set an API Passphrase and keep it. You'll paste it below (Bitget can't show it again).
- 6 In EdgeDojo, open Journal → Import Trades → Connected accounts, choose Bitget, paste the credentials and click Connect & sync.
- Funding payments are not imported from Bitget yet, so perp P&L excludes funding.
