DeepCoin is built around perpetual contracts and copy trading, and most of its volume comes from leveraged traders. EdgeDojo connects with a read-only DeepCoin API key and imports your spot and perpetual fills into one journal, with P&L and fees on every trade.
Sync after your session and the trades are ready to tag and review.
Tips for journaling DeepCoin trades
- DeepCoin asks you to set a passphrase when you create the key. It cannot be recovered, so save it with the key.
- Record the leverage you used on each trade. Your best and worst weeks usually line up with your leverage choices.
- Note your stop before entry. Losses that ran past the plan are the first thing to review.
How to sync your DeepCoin trades
- 1 Log in to DeepCoin, click the person icon in the top right, and open API Settings, then API Management.
- 2 Click Create API and fill in every field, including a passphrase of your choice. Save it. You'll paste it below.
- 3 Under the permissions, tick Read Only. Do not enable trading or withdrawals.
- 4 Complete the phone and email verification, then copy the API Key and Secret Key. They are shown only once.
- 5 In EdgeDojo, open Journal → Import Trades → Connected accounts, choose DeepCoin, paste the credentials and click Connect & sync.
- Funding payments are not imported from DeepCoin yet, so perp P&L excludes funding.
