HTX, formerly Huobi, offers spot, perpetual swaps, and dated futures, so its traders often run positions across several products at once. EdgeDojo connects with a read-only HTX API key and imports spot, perpetual, and dated futures fills into one journal, with P&L and fees.
Click Sync after your session and see every product in one view.
Tips for journaling HTX trades
- HTX keys with no IP address bound expire after 90 days. Set a reminder to create a new key before then.
- Sync at least monthly. Exchanges keep a limited trade history through the API, and regular syncs make sure nothing ages out.
- Tag each trade by product. Swap and dated futures trades on the same coin often follow very different plans.
How to sync your HTX trades
- 1 Log in to HTX and open API Management from your account menu.
- 2 Enter a note for the key and create it.
- 3 Tick Read-only only. Leave Trade and Withdraw unticked.
- 4 Leave the IP address empty and complete verification. Keys without a bound IP expire after 90 days. Copy the Access Key and Secret Key.
- 5 In EdgeDojo, open Journal → Import Trades → Connected accounts, choose HTX, paste the credentials and click Connect & sync.
- Funding payments are not imported from HTX yet, so perp P&L excludes funding.
