MEXC traders often move quickly between new listings and perps. EdgeDojo connects with a read-only MEXC key and imports spot and perpetual fills, so every trade, including the fast ones, ends up reviewed.
Click Sync after your session to pull the latest fills.
Tips for journaling MEXC trades
- MEXC keys with no linked IP address expire after 90 days. Renew the key in the five days before it expires to keep syncing.
- Tag new-listing trades. They behave differently from established pairs and should be judged separately.
- Track hold time. Many traders find their quick trades and their longer holds have opposite results.
How to sync your MEXC trades
- 1 Log in to MEXC and open Profile icon → API Management.
- 2 Create a new API key (choose the standard / system-generated key type if asked).
- 3 Give the key read-only / view permission only. Do not enable trading, transfers, or withdrawals. EdgeDojo only reads your trade history.
- 4 Under Spot and Futures, tick only the View Account Details and View Order Details permissions.
- 5 MEXC keys with no linked IP address expire after 90 days. Renew the key on the API Management page in the 5 days before it expires, or create a new key and reconnect.
- 6 In EdgeDojo, open Journal → Import Trades → Connected accounts, choose MEXC, paste the credentials and click Connect & sync.
- Funding payments are not imported from MEXC yet, so perp P&L excludes funding.
